Our environment
We serve a prestigious roster of leading companies, including the likes of Back Market, Decathlon, Moulinex, Krups, Intersport, Refurbed, and many more. Our mission is to manage their insurance and service programs across over 19 countries, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
Evy is backed by prominent venture capital firms such as Sequoia Capital.
Team
We're a growing team of 50+ people and our founders have diverse backgrounds: Simon (ex-McKinsey) our CEO, Shana (ex-Apple) our CTO, Tanguy (ex-Qonto) our CPO and Benjamin our CRO (ex-Oney).
You will work closely with one of our founders and CRO Benjamin and our VP Sales Romuald.
About the role
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Strategy Manager to join our Business team. You will be instrumental in driving our business growth and revenue by building long-term, successful commercial partnerships.
Missions:
- Manage end-to-end current accounts: Oversee current accounts across all verticals, focusing on both product and business aspects.
- Ensure customer experience and satisfaction.
- Analyze business data and performance metrics.
- Handle a high volume of internal and external engagements, thriving in the fast-paced environment of Evy.
- Develop Strategic Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Discover new revenue streams and collaborate with internal product and business teams to develop mutually beneficial commercial strategies.
- Pilot the company’s strategy and growth.
- Prospect high profile partnerships, understand their current situation, and seek relevant introductions to access these partnerships.
- Create compelling presentations, including responses to tenders.
- Continuous Learnings:
- Gain a deep understanding of the complex product protection landscape.
- Engage with a diverse range of targets, working styles, and needs.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal partners across Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.
Profile
- Resilience: Thrive in managing multiple deals in a high-pressure, high-stakes environment.
- Experience: Proven track record in a top-tier consulting firm, tech startup, private equity/venture capital, or strategic business development role. Insurance background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with and present to senior and C-level. executives.
