What is the role?
We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Customer Success Manager to join our Business team. You will be instrumental in driving our business growth and revenue by building long-term, successful commercial partnerships. This highly cross-functional role offers unique exposure to all aspects of building a fast-growing tech startup, with evolving responsibilities and a direct impact on the company’s trajectory. Missions include:
- Manage end-to-end current accounts: Oversee current accounts across all verticals, focusing on both product and business aspects.
- Ensure customer experience and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring regular follow-up, managing and prioritising requests, and maintaining a trusting relationship.
- Be the representative of the client for all internal stakeholders— operations, product, tech, and business —to help prioritise and align priorities internally.
- Analyse business data and performance metrics and continuously improve operational processes and client satisfaction.
- Handle a high volume of internal and external engagements, thriving in the fast-paced environment of Evy.
- Develop Strategic Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new strategic initiatives and partnership opportunities.
- Pilot the company’ strategy and growth by identifying new clients pain points that we can solve and help us identify new revenue streams
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal partners across Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure the success of partnerships and the proper handling of client needs.
You may be a good fit if

- Experience: Proven track record in a tech startup or a strategic customer success role, specifically with large accounts. Insurance background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time effectively in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with and present to senior and C-level. executives.
- Ambition: Drive and ambition to succeed in a challenging and dynamic role.
- Language: Fluency in English is essential.
