Evy is an international product protection platform operating in 20 countries, partnering with leading retailers like Decathlon, Back Market, Intersport and ManoMano. We handle warranties, damage protection, and repair services for over 1.5 million customers. Our operational hub is in Warsaw, with HQ in Paris.
We are growing fast and looking for someone to build and run our HR function in Poland.
Your responsibilities
- Performing all core HR tasks: payroll coordination, employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers
- Owning and administering our HRIS platform (Revolut People): employee records, onboarding flows, reporting
- Drafting and publishing internal HR policies: work regulations, vacation policy, health and safety documentation
- Administering employee benefits (Medicover, Multisport)
- Organising team events and supporting employee engagement initiatives
- Ensuring everyone is well equipped from day one: computers, workstations, access
- Keeping the office a great place to work: suppliers, supplies, day-to-day operations
- Reporting on absenteeism and contributing to monthly HR review meetings
Our requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR Generalist role
- Solid knowledge of Polish labour law, payroll processes and employment contracts
- Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end
- Familiarity with HRIS tools (Revolut People, Factorial or similar is a plus)
