As Performance Manager, you will be at the heart of our engine, taking full ownership of:
- Client relationships and their operational impact
- High-stakes strategic projects
- Financial performance of your scope
Expect a steep learning curve. This is a high-ownership role built to build your career, working directly alongside Raphael, VP Performance.
What you'll actually do
Client operations
- Own the operational relationship with a portfolio of clients: day-to-day issues, performance reviews, escalations
- Identify friction in our processes and fix it, you don't wait to be asked
- Build scalable workflows and playbooks that the team actually uses
- Drive client satisfaction metrics and translate them into operational improvements
Strategic projects
- Pick up the hardest open problems in the company and own them end-to-end
- Bring the same rigor to execution that you bring to slides
- Work directly with leadership: your output shapes decisions, not just recommendations
Financial performance
- Monitor and steer the P&L for your scope, you know your numbers
