Evy is the infrastructure behind product protection for 20+ retailers and marketplaces across Europe: Back Market, Decathlon, SEB Group, Refurbed, and others. As we scale across geographies and expand our regulated activities, we're building out our risk and compliance function at Group level.
What is the role?
We're not looking for a specialist. We're looking for someone who gets uncomfortable when things are unclear, and fixes them.
As Performance Manager at Evy, you'll own three things:
- client relationships and their operational impact,
- high-stakes strategic projects sponsored by leadership,
- financial performance of your scope.
This role doesn't have neat boundaries. That's the point.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to accelerate fast, not a junior position with a lot of oversight.
You will be working directly with our VP Performance Raphael.
What you'll actually do
Client operations
- Own the operational relationship with a portfolio of clients: day-to-day issues, performance reviews, escalations
- Identify friction in our processes and fix it, you don't wait to be asked
- Build scalable workflows and playbooks that the team actually uses
- Drive client satisfaction metrics and translate them into operational improvements
Strategic projects
- Pick up the hardest open problems in the company and own them end-to-end
- Bring the same rigor to execution that you used to bring to slides
- Work directly with leadership: your output shapes decisions, not just recommendations
